Applying For Housing

Housing is awarded through an application process and is not guaranteed. Munras offers students both semester, nine month (academic year) and eleventh month contracts. You may highlight your preferred room setup (single, double, and/or triple) in your application. Placement in future semesters is not guaranteed.

Applications will remain open until all spaces are filled.

Current MIIS students will receive housing priority and assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.

The initial deadline to complete the application is May 14, 2024. After completing the application, students will be contacted between May 14th – May 17th via email regarding their application status.

If a student is offered a space, in order to secure and finalize the assignment, they must review and sign the housing contract, and meet all deadlines, including a deposit towards the room cost.

Only confirmed, full-time 2024-2025 academic year MIIS students are eligible for housing.

If you’d like to apply for student housing, please apply here: the housing application.
